White Board Challenge – Winners
Announcing the White Board Challenge Competition Winners:
1st Place:
Sirago - A cancer extraction device that prevents the spread of cells.
2nd Place: CoupCity - CoupCity is a free mobile app concept where players “generate” coupons (with increasing value) for real items in a simulated world.
3rd Place: Tribal Science is an application bringing specific sensors and cloud based informatics to sports equipment in order to revolutionize the way that athletes compete, play, share, and train. This platform will deliver real time performance data back to the athlete which can then be archived for monitoring and comparison.

IMSA Annual Power Pitch
Teams from the internationally acclaimed Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) TALENT program meet-up with the MIT Enterprise Forum Chicago Chapter to present Power Pitch.
Power Pitch is the annual capstone event of TALENT (IMSA's entrepreneurship program) in which high school finalists compete for cash prizes, showcasing their best new business ventures to distinguished investors, business leaders, and guests.
This year's competition is focused on technology businesses, and will feature the six finalists resulting from a preliminary round of the competition which will be held at the 1871 business incubator on February 26, 2013.
WHEN: Tuesday March 5, 2013, from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM
WHERE: Emmi Solutions (across from Willis Tower)

COST: $10 for members and IMSA Students / $35 for non-members

MITEF - Chicago Chapter
|
|
The chapter organizes one or more current interest programs each month, usually on the 3rd Tuesday, from September through June. Programs range from panel discussions through business plan competitions.
Monthly meetings typically include:
- Hour-long networking starting at 5:30.
- Featured program from 6:30 to 8:00.
- Post-event mixology session at the nearest bar.
Member volunteers make our programs possible.
